| Other Information | For example speaking to us in connection to your holiday, written communications on our various social media platforms and messaging apps. We do this to ensure your safety, provide good customer service and manage our relationship with you. |
| CCTV | We have CCTV installed on site for the prevention of crime. Recorded footage may be used in an investigation for evidence in the unlikely occurrence of a crime being committed. We may use footage to protect our rights, property or safety of customers, employees or other third parties. |
| Accident Reports | We may record details of any accident, injury or incident that is brought to our attention whilst on site. We do this to ensure your well-being and safety and may use the reports to address and claims made against us by sharing it with our insurers. |
