Perranporth Beach (1.1 Miles from campsite)

Perranporth Beach is dog friendly and within walking distance from the campsite. It is also great for surfing and holds the restaurant The Summer House and the Alcatraz café.

Stoked Surf School

Stoked run daily from £45, ages seven up, and they are the only school in Perranporth with a permanent base on the beach, which means somewhere warm to change afterwards.

Piran Surf Shop

Piran Surf, The established surf shop on perranporth high street – selling and renting wetsuits and surfing equipment to seasoned surfers and tourists alike.
This shop is run by surfers for surfers and has over 40 yrs of surfing experience. We cater for all levels of surfers and have a great reputation for getting you the right equipment.

Trevaunance Cove (3.2 Miles from campsite)

Trevaunance cove is the main beach within St Agnes, and is dominated by the high cliffs, with plenty of reminders of Cornwall’s mining heritage. There are also some hidden caves and rock pools to be explored. The beach is also very dog friendly.

Porthtowan Beach (6.7 Miles from campsite)

Porthtowan beach is one of the most popular for surfing. There is also a child’s play park nearby, along with some shops and restaurants. It is also home to a coastal footpath to St Agnes.

Gwithian Beach (18.6 Miles from campsite)

Gwithian Beach is a great place for a picnic in the sand dunes on a hot summer’s day! It is also a great place to take your dog and go for a stroll along the clifftops, overlooking the sea.

Newquay Fistral Beach (10.4 Miles from campsite)

Fistral Beach is located very close to the town, including many shops and restaurants. It also offers great conditions for surfing and bodyboarding.
